Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a TokenBaazar account, topping up your wallet, or calling our API, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What we provide

TokenBaazar (“we”, “us”) operates a prepaid, OpenAI-compatible API gateway at tokenbaazar.in. We route your requests to upstream model providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic and others via Lovable AI Gateway) and deduct usage from your prepaid wallet.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. One person or entity per account. You are responsible for keeping your API key secret; any usage under your key is your responsibility.

4. Prepaid wallet

• All usage is prepaid. Add credit via Razorpay (India) or card / USDT / bank transfer (rest of world).
• Credits do not expire while your account is active.
• Credits are not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and cannot be resold.
• Pricing is displayed per model on the site and may change with 7 days notice. Existing wallet balance is unaffected.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use TokenBaazar to:

• generate content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, or promotes real-world violence;
• send spam, phishing, or malware;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to exceed rate limits;
• violate the upstream provider's usage policies (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules and reverse the associated usage where necessary.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Upstream providers occasionally experience outages that are outside our control.

7. Data

See our Privacy Policy. Request and response bodies are streamed through our proxy and are not stored beyond metered logs (model, tokens, timestamp).

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled case-by-case per our Refund Policy. Contact live chat support to request one.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid TokenBaazar in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email and on the site 7 days in advance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
